Words of Wisdom?

Hey,

Man, I seriously haven’t written in here for a while. Life’s been busy, lots of things have happened. Things have come and gone. Been reflecting on a lot of stuff lately, especially when things go. Btw, Finals are coming up, yippee. haha, I guess.

These past two Fridays at Real Life, we’ve had our seniors as well as Nic Brenner share some words of wisdom on things they’ve learned in their time here. I honestly will miss the seniors and the Brenners. I wish I got to know them a lot better in my time here. After all their sharing I started to think as well about my time here and what I’ve been learning. I’m not leaving yet, so no need to worry. I still need my chances to get my grades up, jaykay, those are basically unsalvagable, but at least I’ll graduate! Oh yea! (I’m joking, I’m not doing THAT bad).

But I honestly can’t think of everything in my close to 3 years here at Cornell and what God’s taught me. He’s taught me a lot of things. He’s given and taken away and taught many lessons. I don’t think I can summarize them because I honestly can’t remember them all right now. But I do think I can share some things I’ve been learning lately, some words of wisdom I guess you could say, or maybe just lessons I’ve learned, because I don’t know if my words can go into the wise category just yet. God’s not done with me yet, I can tell you that much. I can tell, He’s got lots of fun plans for me, lol.

I feel like I’ve got some time these days while I’m “studying” for Finals and writing my final papers. I’ll jot down some stuff for you cool peeps to chew on while you’re thinking about the end of your semesters or whatever, and you can think about it more later when you start the next semester. Which freaking reminds me, I’m going to be a senior.

I’m tired, came back from my first CBS felly dinner. It was interesting, my first one actually, some people were surprised, probably mixed me up with some other Chinese person. With about a billion of us, I guess that could happen. Came back and chilled with some housemates, played some halo, talked to my mommy and sister. Got a gift for my sister for her upcoming bday. (incase you’re reading this, sis, I’m not spoiling the goods). Then watched Iron Man 2 cuz I realized it was on instant play on Netflix. Now I’m off to bed.

Lesson learned? not sure right now. But I probably should have headed to bed earlier.
